1 – PREPARATION
Leave the sachet of the product selected as per the protocol (.342 REDEFINE MASK or .343 UP&TONE) in a bowl with hot water for 2 minutes.
2 – PEELING
It is recommend preparing the client by performing a mechanical peeling on the legs, abdomen, arms and back using the Arosha body brush. Spray .106 GLYCOLIC ACID on the area to be treated. Leave to act for 4 minutes and remove the residue with a damp cloth.
3 – ACTIVATION
Shake a vial of .341 B-TONE until obtaining a homogeneous solution and apply the entire contents to the critical points, massaging with light firming movements until completely absorbed.
4- SHOCK ACTION
Differentiate the treatment depending on the specific session:

Session 1 and 3
Open the .342 REDEFINE MASK pouch and apply the entire contents to the areas to be treated. Cover the client with the cartene and leave on for about 30 miutes without any massage.
NOTE: To maximize results, use the specific electrostimulation/ultrasound equipment or, alternatively, wear cartene pants and proceed with the specific ACTIVE UP WORKOUT (watch tutorial on Youtube channel AROSHA OFFICIAL).
Session 2 and 4
Open the .343 UP&TONE sachet, wring out the bandage and collect the excess liquid in a bowl. Proceed with the application of the bandage as per the following methodology:
ABDOMEN AND GLUTEALS: wrap each leg starting from the knee up to the abdomen joining the two bandages together.
LEGS AND GLUTEALS: wrap each leg starting from the ankle up to the abdomen joining the two bandages together.
ARMS: wrap each arm starting from the wrist up to the shoulder.
BREAST: starting from the upper part of the abdomen, bandage the breast making upwards a cross-over movement passing behind the neck.
Apply the previously stored liquid with a brush. Leave on for 30 minutes. Use the cartene or specific equipment where permitted to facilitate the absorption of the active ingredients.
Conclude the treatment by massaging an adequate amount of .345 TONING PLUS cream with large, circular movements.
